How to know if your building needs re-piping
- Experiencing leaky pipes
- No hot water or luke warm water
- Water heater running more frequently
- or continuously
- High utility bills
- Reduced water pressure
- Piping older than 25 years.
If your answer is yes to any of the above, you surely need to pay attention to the waterlines in your building. Most of the insurance companies require a special inspection letter before insuring if a building has Poly B piping installed. If you are going to remodel, it is a good time to re-pipe before you finish your walls & paint.
